Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Balsamic glaze, optional

Method

In a large bowl combine cubed watermelon, feta, and mint. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze. Serve chilled.
